I am pretty sure that Mont Kiara is one of the best place for Korean families... lots of Korean marts and restaurants .. most of all I feel very safe here especially drinking at late night as well. :)
My feelings on the property market are quite conflicted. On one hand property will always be a solid asset to build wealth and it isnt really wrong to treat it as an investment. But the uncontrolled greed of people jumping into property as a quick means to get rich is what's inflating the residential property market making many strategically located housing completely unaffordable to people who need them to live in. i'll hold off from investing into property until i can sort my conscience and hopefully do it without being unjust to the average Malaysian.
In SPA there is never much details in terms of specific material and specs anyways. Go back and read it and you'll see. Its always drafted that way to give developers flexibility and to protect them la.

I work in Mont Kiara, yes the area is awesome but the public transportation option is poor. Hopefully MRT 3 goes ahead and this problem is resolved.
