In The Pocket by AKIRA JIMBO - Drum Cover - JVDrumming

A drum cover of In The Pocket from Akira Jimbo's 29th studio album "Jimbo De Jimbo 80s" - released in 2016.
As some may have recognised from the title of this song, this version of In The Pocket that I have covered is Akira Jimbo's modern cover of the original that he wrote while in Casiopea- which can be found in their "Jive Jive" album. It has a much more chill, laid-back and latin jazz inspired style that I personally really enjoy that makes it a good change of pace from the more energetic chaotic songs that I also like to play. This is also the case with the rest of the album, being songs that Jimbo wrote in the 80s that he covered in 2016 with the same style. Its also worth noting that he partnered with some amazing musicians to make the album, listed below. With that being said, I hope you enjoy my drum cover of this Akira Jimbo masterpiece.
