Nice, I think you covered a lot of needs already. Maybe you could add some duct tape?! It won't take a lot of space and has multiple uses, e.g. you could use it also as a band aid, to cover some of the first aid stuff missing. A small tube of superglue and a sharpie could be useful too. And maybe think about replacing the paracord with some nanocord or bankline, that would be less bulky.
You could add a water filter straw. You have a pen and I didnt see any notebook. You could add a space blanket, a pack of baby wipes and a couple of trash bags...

2 AA batteries won't last longer. they just deliver twice the voltage (3V instead of 1.5V)
