Quick tip: If you right click inside the circle, click on insert image, you won't have to do the whole resizing and fitting steps :) Your image will be formatted to fit the circle shape.

However when i put the sizing into mine it looks like u can get loads on the a4 you have 3 across is yours also set to a4? Its just confused me a little mine look tiny. Ive not printed out yet as more inc in the printer.
Right scratch that as ive just realized after watching again that your printing onto photo paper. What size is setting for photo paper as mine is set to a4 i don't want it to not print them properly x
The page size is the same on word, I don’t change that. I just size the circles as 25mm and then when I print I select the photo printing setting on the printer options

Brilliant! Doesn’t work on my version, but it is very old. This is a great tip for newer versions!

bonbon1059 the epoxy dome is sticky so the name sticks straight to it!

You would still use the same measurements on an A4 sheet. They need to be 25mm diameter

You need to get permission from the school first before using - I have the permission from the schools I feature
