What upgrades should I get next?
Have you considered shock upgrades? Some like to put the longer touring shocks on for a better ride. Other that that, IDK.
Some custom dynamics lights on the rear!!
Honestly? Get black mirrors to match the bars. Simple and cheap.

I have a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000cc.... it has plenty of power and is a great bike but I want a bagger. I can't find anything that I like when it comes to aftermarket bags. However it's paid for and like new. It only has a little over 7,000 miles on it.

I just begun the process of blacking out my motor, primary side is done,along with black bolts. I also switched to the black edge cut levers and added custom dynamic front turn signals. Next is to order the rear set. All is coming together a piece at a time.

@@QueenSit I have a 2019 Sport Glide. The harley website makes it super easy to find the parts that fit your bike. And the hardware that's black as well to complete the badass look.
Next is the transmission side cover,cam cover, and timing cover.
You've fully turned me onto the road glides, might have to test ride!

Those LED's look good. Next, add the Probeam Dual Intensity LED Tribar on the rear fender. The color and intensity of the light will match your new tail lights. It is also a run and brake light. Like the Kahuna line from H-D also. I bought a pair of the heated Kahuna grips. Going to look at the floor boards next. Keep the rubber side down!

I am a one mechanic HD owner also and my 2019 CVO came with that collection of trim
My CVO Limited has the Kahuna collection on. It’s a very nice set of accessories.It came with that on it. If I would have done it I would have probably broken off a bolt by over tightening something during the installation.
Looking good! I suggest putting the original shifter pegs and Allen wrench in your saddlebag. They can and do vibrate loose from time to time. We enjoy your channel

I think you could’ve done these upgrades though. Would have made for a great video also. A lot of TH-cam videos are very helpful.
I just changed out my floorboards, break and shift levers, shift pegs and brake pedal to 80grit/endgame. The brake lever is a little tricky. You have to take out the two bolts for your master cylinder and pull it out so that you can get to the cotter pin in the clevis pin, and pull it out. That though, was the only really hard and kind of intimidating thing. I just used TH-cam videos to help me out.

I love the Kahona series too. Best looking Parts. I love the CVO Gastank emblem as well. But here in Germany costs about 180€ for both sides. A lot of money for two plastic pieces. Greetings from Germany

I like the CVO emblems but honestly I think I like the 2022 special emblems just a little bit better.
Change your covers to the smoked covers for your front and rear lights it's looks cleaner with your LEDs.

Allen is a name brand. Hex key and/or wrench for a general name of the tool. Awesome ride! 🤘🏽

I really love the Kahuna grips. I liked the looks of the Dominions until I saw a bike with them and grabbed hold of them. The Kahunas just feel so much better. For me the heel shifter is a no deal. I like to move my feet around on the floor boards and a heel shifter locks your foot in one place. Those foot controls and lights you put on look really good.

Nice scooter, it's looking good. Trying looking into after market parts, there's alot of shops out there that make parts for harlys, one thing for sure,is they are cheaper but look good too. Just wondering, did you get the pipes yet. If not. Look into the thunder header.....

Bike looks great lovin the factory47 bars. Gotsta get a set on my RGU 😬just out a set of custom dynamics filler panel lights on my bike super bright. Check them or Ciro 3D out makes the back of the bike look good and bright. Ride safe

I think the back bullet lights would be sexier if they were smoked since you’re going for the blackout look.
