Hi Rick I'm amaze to see that the neighbours are letting you blow snow on their lawn . I've been doing snow clearing for 23 yrs and every time there's a little dusting of snow the lands on the neighbour side they would come out and compline about it Yves from Eastern Ontario
I try my best to ask the homeowners were I can place the snow and they almost always say on either side of the driveway is fine. I do try to keep it on the homeowners property whenever I can. The only time I do not as you can see is when I have to drag a lot snow between two buildings. I try to keep it 1-3 ft from the driveway key word TRY. Yes It was blown a bit farther then i would like to.😒 Other then that its always on the home owners property when I can. As you see in the other two video's snow was placed on the homeowners front lawn. Sorry to hear that they give you a hard time about it.
Thank you I'm hoping we get some more storms like that it was a killer because of lack of sleep but at the same time it was amazing! Just not for a whole week LOL sleep is nice
@@markcrowther7513 No regrets with this set up my angle of the blower was not set up perfect so it left more behind then i would like. I use to kill myself with a walk behind blower with 30 places. now i'm able to do more and a lot safer as well!!
@@redoakpropertycarellc Here people don't have to clear there driveways or sidewalks. If your walkways are not clear the postman/woman does not have to deliver the mail. Oh wait it's all junk mail nowadays LOL
@@rlawn I run 3 6M Deere's and have a 4th 6M sitting for a backup. Each doing about 110 driveways in 4 hours. Inside my service area I have 52 streets. I've talked to others in different markets, I've had many say that they regret getting big. Money's good but the cash guys drive down the prices.
Where they have that much snow, people love hearing the sound of the tracktor snowplowing! That means that the will be able to go to work the next day! 😉

Do you still do sidewalks and what not or just strictly driveways now?
Yes we still do side walk just not me 😁 But for real a lot of people don't want to pay for the sidewalk shovelling service
@@rlawn mines all included in my fee. It's a city rule to have them cleared within 24 hours or face a fine

Do you have very much competition for residential driveways in your area.
yes and no the area i service does not have a high demand. I have slowly built up my rout starting out by using a plain snow blower
@@rlawn What's your goal customer wise, are you happy being on your own, or would you like to expand.
@@nicholasbrown7068 one or two more tractors that’s good enough

Tractor/blower does a nice job, but it seems very loud. Do people ever complain about the noise?
I have not had any complaints yet. 1-2 min of the tractor or 15-35min of a snow blower? it a hard call
thank you
