I've visited and was in the US military where the area received heavy snow (Alaska, Germany, South Korea, and Watertown, New York). This why I live in Killeen, Texas and I'm about to built a home near Jacksonville, Florida in the next several months where I grew up😄. SNOW, hated it!
I can't help but notice that they have the sidewalk plow following the snow blower. They don't do that in Sherbrooke. They come back with it an hour or two later when they can run at higher speeds and be more efficient about it. That's one thing I notice in a lot of Montreal snow removal videos. Too many machines in the same location just getting in each other's way. They are much better at scheduling things in Sherbrooke so that they happen in a quick sequence.
In Quebec any vehicule that goes on public roads needs a license plate,its for insurances reasons so if any accident happens you are covered, since here the govt also has you covered for injuries in any vehicule involved accidents.. Plate were simplified back in the 80's all commercial vehicules from cars to light duty trucks to machinery and emergency vehicules also plates start with an (F-00000) or heavy trucks(9000lbs+) (L-00000)

Why do the grader and loader need license plates?
