I have a couple of these that I use to shave the back of my neck with. I know just how sharp they are, so I definitely wouldn't want to get any of those quick-flick openings wrong!

Any bladed weapon of any sort, be it 6 inch straight blade or a 34 inch cutlass is LEGAL in Indiana. Concealed or unconcealed, any type of blade or blunt force weapon is totally 100% legal to carry.

Bruh Indiana is a constitutional carry state. You can carry a gun without a permit.

as you slash with the straight razor wouldnt it bend back on your finger and hurt your hand ?
***** depends how you slash, blade inbetween pointer and middle finger in left hand with the monkey tang on the web of your hand and you go for the cut on the draw back ( because you cant stab)
The grips he's doing would prevent that.

I'll all fun in games till you open close the blade on your fingers, I noticed you didn't include the karate style chop for closing, hit the neck and your attacker is a goner.. my only question is how do you edc safely if cut myself several times storing mine in my pocket, btw cops dont like it when they ask about weapons and you respond "I have a straight edge razor in my pocket" even if it is legal...
lol this shit is not to be flipped around it is one of the most dangerous blades I've ever owned you think its unsafe to fuck up flipping a balisong around try reaching in your pocket for something forgetting its there and feeling a slight pinch barely any pain then pull your hand out and noticed a Fuckin inch long gash on the side of your pinky leaking..... I stood in the bathroom Lmao then tossed in the trash can respect this blade.......think ima buy another on too lol

I would like to see a video on how you would employ the different holds in a situation where you would be fighting with a strait razor.
You dont " fight" with a straight razor.
You either
A - use it as an intimidation message.
B - keep it hidden and use as a surprise attack in an offensive role
In any case , hold the razor in a way that your finger is in the way of the tang so it won't close.
This isn't a fighting knife, light pressure and small quick flicks will cause all the damage a straight razor can cause.
The better question is , if you can carry a straight razor to fight with, why can't you carry a folding knife with a sturdy lock instead.
A straight razor is a mediocre OFFENSIVE weapon and an even worse defensive weapon.
It is however VERY INTIMIDATING and serves well in that role, and if pushed can back up the intimidation factor with force.

Listen homey, don't get me wrong, I *really* like your stuff a lot, but when you flick the razor off camera, I can't see what you're doing with it. It's like the razor reappears magically open.

It's not very smart to hold it that way. The blade could easily fold to close with your fingers in between. One could also easily try to close it with the fingers in between. If the blade closes, that will be serious damage. It would be much worse if someone decides to close it against the fingers.
I.S. Gomez I agree it's very faulty. Maybe the way behind the wrist if need be, but if someone applied pressure his fingers are getting sliced right off.

Who could make use of this video except a thug? Normal people and law enforcement don't walk around with straight razors.
So much of this is stupid - and would leave you vulnerable to your opponent closing he blade on you. 0:22 - Seriously not a great idea.
