Love your case. I ended up using a kitty litter bucket. Since it fits so well, a nice case is getting kicked down the road.

This is a very helpful video, I have a stack of 3/4" plywood scraps and a 1956 Milspec that needs a box. If I can do this without losing a finger then I'll try making a box for my 242. I don't have a table saw so we will see what I can do with a circular saw.
