aight so here is my interpretation of the song. I don't think it's just a yandere song or just about a neglected child. First part is a child wanting to be loved by her parents. Anything she does never seems enough, making her go through ridiculous standards just to get some praise from her parents. She then becomes the number one in class, with people admiring her, giving her attention, whether its teachers or classmates. She achieves perfection in her standard and all the others are seen lower as her in her eyes. Still the attention is not enough. She then falls in love with someone she deems as "imperfect and filthy". All her life, all she desperately wanted was to be loved. There's something that someone has done for her to be obsessed, whether it was an act of kindness or something else. She confesses to him at the gym. Based on what follows afterwards, I think she got rejected. It's probably because she came off too strong making her seem obsessed, or he just didn't share the same feelings.
