Late response about the saving not working in the pc version bug, I know a workaround by installing the game outside of program files or program files (x86)
In our case, our install is on an E:/ drive nested in a Steam folder -- outside of any Program Files directory (or anywhere else where permissions may be an issue). I can even watch the game modify the 'Drake' file meant to house save data in real time, to absolutely no effect / without the ability to actually save or load. I'm happy for anyone who manages to make it work on PC, but I've all but given up hope on my end haha
7:51 You have the vibrado but I'm not hearing the passion. I don't believe that you believe in the can. I don't believe that you believe in yourself. Micky Dolenz heard your lethargic performance and started digging a grave to spin in. Smash Mouth said "Hey, that was pretty good." I want you to think about that. Maybe C4 or PRIME would accept this flat, flavorless rendition. Maybe. But this is Alani Nu. This is the big leagues. This is what we play for. You leave it all on the field or you leave your ass at home.
My best guess (without doing the due diligence of figuring out which issue[s] of OXM covered Drake and trying to track down quotes for myself) is that representatives for IdolFX in interviews likely drew the comparison to Bruce Timm's art in describing their visual style. I know for a fact though that they invoke Bruce's name in describing the game to GameSpot as part of preview coverage, but only as a point of reference: "Idol FX says that it envisioned Drake as the result of an imaginary collaboration between famed Hong Kong action director John Woo and Batman: The Animated Series artist Bruce Timm." Wait it wasn't Bruce Timm? Could have sworn I read as much in an issue of OXM but honestly not gonna haggle with a 12 year old memory.
