I really appreciate you saying that thank you🙏 Yeah I'm not sure why but I really enjoy hand crafting thin carbon and polycarbonate is a blast to mess with. My parts are rough compared to a cnc or something but so much more rewarding when you end up with a almost professional looking part just using a jigsaw and drill😁
Awesome!!, i love the syncro 4, its probably my most used rc car now, i had the same issue with the steering, i swapped out the stock servo for an AGFRC 55kg servo and it is insane now😎👍🏼
I have the Kronos 2020 it’s a rocket on 4s 15t pinion and a Losi eight. Front diff 10000 rear 4500. Dampers front 45 rear 37.5 and tuned the right hight. Center diff 100000. I like my 8 scale
Thanks Tim🙂 Yeah I think the 2 top braces will help reduce chassis flex a bit, they are only 2mm carbon but being backed up by the 3mm carbon skid plate the car is ridiculously solid now💪
Well if the ramp was a little wider I may have done a bit better aswell, won't blame it all on the equipment😅 No really appreciate it mate! It is a super tough buggy, tougher than I expected and yourself aswell maybe. By the way your tube name is funny as🤣👌
How good does it look with racing wheels on.. Kaos RC just installed a Corally standard sliding motor mount in his syncro to get rid of the pin system they come with, went in perfectly.. He's loving the extra speed .. Speaking of wheels that transform a car I bought a Muraco and hated the firts drive due to the standard tyres so I put Louise T Pirate Truggy racing wheel on it and it is absolutely incredible to drive ..
Yeah I think the dish style rims look sweet and the tyres are much better for me, the stock one are good but far too grippy for grass. I'm OK with the fixed mount for now but I will be going a lower kv motor and 6s so I may need the slide mount if I need a larger pinion than 17. And yeah the T-pirates are wicked wheels, very similar tyres to these sweep buggy wheels👌
Thanks heaps mate! Yes I have Tarantulas and had about 30 different species of Australian jumpers😅 They have many strange features most other spider do not have, like they can actually hear real sounds not just feel vibrations and they dream🤯
@@rccrazy what... Crazy sh*t. Lol.. Never knew that. Just thought they cute and I heard they friendly. Australian I believe is known to have some crazy wildlife.
Giday, mate I'm new to 1/8 & bought the SYNCRO-4 and for some reason my centre diff gets extremely hot! I noticed this by touching the 2 centre shafts and they were bloody hot form centre out? Yeah something is off with the steering, maybe a gyro?
Only things I can think of is heat transfer from the motor but that would obviously mean your motor is overheating but I assume it doesn't as you probably would've mentioned that. Or if your still running stock fluid which is rather thin IF the diff actually has enough oil in it it may be just that, the front wheels spinning faster than the rear will activate the internal gears and that does cause extra heat if the diff is basically empty. Fill it will 500k oil and see if that helps🤞 And honestly I'm starting to think these new Corally radios aren't as good as I first thought, a few people mentioned they found them to be somewhat bad but not sure if it was the steering or something else, in any case a gyro probably would help👍
Definitely not the motor heat sink as the outdrive cups are way hotter than the motor! Wouldn't 500k add more load to the centre diff? I topped up fluid with 20k. Also my rear is so loose! I honestly don't know why it's cooking.. centre diff bearings are already going after 4 runs?
Your not trying to reduce or restrict load on the internal gears your trying to reduce centre diff temps and in my experience 20k is not thick enough for 1/8 diffs especially the centre. With 20k in the centre your front wheels would be spinning much faster than the rear when the front wheels are off the ground or dragging meaning your centre internal diff gears are definitely active. 500k is minimum I use in 1/8 centre diffs specifically because of that, reduce heat and prevent the front wheels from spinning too much faster than the rear. Bearings would be suffering from the heat yes. Sounds like you need to do some early maintenance on the diffs, hope you get it all worked out🤞
I have the Kagama and the manual says it has 100k in the center diff, but it feels like 20k Either they don't fill it enough or someone goofed up at the factory. I have talked to other Corally owners and they have even had empty center diffs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yeah my Dementor didn't come with much oil in the diffs. I can't recall what oil the diffs in this car had originally but I definitely felt thicker was needed.
Dang man, that carbon fiber brace is beyond impressive. I am super jealous of that sort of manufacturing ability.
I really appreciate you saying that thank you🙏

What a wicked car. Flies really well! Definitely on my wish list. Need a buggy in my lineup.
Yes that was why I got it also, not many buggies but heaps of truggies😅
I love how stable most buggies are👌

Good video. Nice bash session. Those braces that you made should help the car hold up better.
Thanks Tim🙂

Great run. Love those white dish wheels👍🏼
Thanks mate😁
Yeah I love the look and strength of the dish style wheels🤩
Quite fun to watch all accidental crashes due to ramp and servo issues. Impressive it took all this

Helpful video, thanks!
What size screws did you need for the rear bumper? Thanks
Thanks mate!
I believe I used M4 17mm in the front 2 holes and about 20mm in the rear holes.
@rccrazy awesome, thank you!
@@rccrazy sorry noob question but do I need specific 'RC' or corally screws or will M4 screws from a hardware store be fine?
@@AmjadJDM any m4 screws at those lengths and with a countersunk head will work, don't need brand name screws no.
@@rccrazy legend, thanks for baring with my basic questions 😅
It’s the servo saver.

Same thing to modify spark bumber?
Yes I believe all the mounting points/screw holes on both cars are the same so it should all fit fine on the spark.
Great vid 👌
Excellent video! I just subscribed to your channel.👍👍👍👍

RC car video. Who cares about the music? Jeez
What exactly is the point of your question, comment, whatever it is?
If you don't like music don't watch videos with music then winge about it😅
