Welcome back to part 2 of the Syncro 4 upgrade series! In our last video, we showed you how to enhance your king of budget bashers from Team Corally with a better motor and different gearing. Today, we take the mighty buggy to my favorite bash spot, Garth Park, to see if we can break the top speed claimed by Team Corally or if it turns into a total flop, resulting in the walk of shame back home to consider other options.
I met up with my good friend Matt (A.K.A Brunty) and his Team Corally Python, equipped with a GPS to set some speeds, followed by a good bash. The plan was simple: a fully charged 4S battery and full send! In the words of Ivan Drago from Rocky 4, "If he dies, he dies!"
So, strap up the batteries, tighten those tires, and hold my beer, gentlemen-we're doing it!

Another good video my friend hopefully one day soon I will be there running with you. The Syncro4 is amazing I hope this cements Team Corally as a one of the big players obviously Traxxas does not get it. Have you seen the new mud boss? Its a 2s for 380!!! Nothing about it that to me says its worth it 2S and a slipper clutch wow!! The Syncro4 is such a better choice for the money. I will be setting mine up more for track running now that I have the Asuga the Typhon and Syncro4 will be my track runners.
Let’s not forget your speed check was on a road with a massive decline so will have pushed it quicker than in flat. Still quick though, nice job.

Nice and fast I just got a syncro4 and thinking of doing that motor mount upgrade. I like being able to adjust the mesh myself.
38 is still pretty fast for an RC car. You will get there buddy

Rapid for 4s & it'll be lighter than typhon and i remember watching popalong rc vid saying radix handles better than tlr so i imagine syncro be the same. Add a fan keep it cool all it needs now really but if want to beef it up more spotted the other day adu have released a center brace for it(not spark brace), not seen one fitted in any vids online ;). And saw a vid other day might be cheaper option beef up python shock towers is just double up on the originals usually pick them up fairly cheap saw it done on an mugen mbxt.
Plenty fast for a basher.
What are your thoughts on the hot racing servo saver for the arrma kraton 4s can I bolt it on the stock servo , and will it help the steering
I can't find a 4272, would a 4274 work OK?
