That textile factory is fantastic! That’s the sort of business that should get government funding. I would have a real sense of pride if I worked somewhere like that. Doing something quantifiable that you know is making our world a better place ❤
When it comes to the glass jar, if you want to pickle items I recommend boiling the jars and lids before adding in the items to make them more sanitized for pickling
I love how well your episodes are produced now. They are soon good. You've come a long way from those awful couch segments. This show is kinda reminiscent of a show I used to love called "Shopping With Chefs" that aired on the now-defunct Fine Living Network, now known as Cooking Channel.
PRO TIP FOR STICKER GLUE : DON'T SKIP THIS!!! Easier AND uses less soap and water 👍 All you need is an organic (meaning not synthetic) oil, I use vegetable or canola oil. Remove as much of the sticker from the jar as you can, then brush the glued area with cooking oil. Let it sit for about 1 minute, then just scrub away until the glue is all lifted off. I use my bare fingers, the fingernails work well and I can feel what's still stuck 👍 After you have all your jars oily and deglued wet your hands and lather then up with some soap, then just manhandle those hard with your soapy hands 🤷♂️ Might take a reapplication of soap or 2 depending on how many jars. Now rinse them under lukewarm water running at about medium pressure to rinse. Depending on how much oil you had to use you may need to give them one more very light wash. Bonus Tip: To save even more soap and get better results, use a bar of soap instead of dish soap. DON'T USE MOISTURIZED SOAP!!! It takes far less soap to do the same work and it's better at lifting oils than dish soap. EXTRA Bonus Tip: This is for plastics, stop using dish soap on them. Bar soap to the rescue again! If you have oily tupperware you'll find it stays at least a tiny bit slick no matter how much you hit it with dish soap, no squeaky clean. Wash it with a bar of unmoisturized soap and you'll get that squeaky clean with very little effort 👍 DO NOT USE OIL ON: Don't use oil to remove sticker glue from any kind of paper product, bare wood, fabrics or particle board. Oil can't be used on everything. You're fine with glass, metal, most plastics, wood with protective layers like varnish, leather, stone or rubber.
