    When you are triggered, ask: What am I reacting to?
    When we react to people & situations, this shows that we have unresolved issues in our subconscious.
    Our reactions are stored & programmed in our subconscious. This is the clue.
    Although YES-- he did not tell us HOW to resolve or deal w/ this.

    So true .... Mind so fast triggers a memory which we even at times forget we have. Especially fear or pain filled memories. I have had similar experiences n my own mind with this speediness of triggering those memories creeped😳😐 me out .

      Maybe this helps, what works for me is that I make notes of ideas I like, and apply in practice what I think is important to do, then it becomes my routine.

    I felt there was no need to insult a teacher from 30 years past to prove a point. The story could have stopped with the student dropping coins. It does convey that we carry lot of information in sub conscious mind.

    • @learn_with_Ari
      @learn_with_Ari 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Teacher is not mahatma..so, no worries. I guess.
      He might have experienced coins falling sound many number of times in his life, but its only your memories with higher emotional states gets stored in sub concious and tries to get you back to that moment when a similar incident is perceived in your mind...
      Your first encounter of love, sadness, fear, joy is always stored.. Also, negative emotions store stronger than positive ones.
      As time passes, Consecutive higher emotion states too get stored to prepare you and prevent you from similar events in future..
      While your subconscious mind's duty is to protect you and keep you alive, at all times, it is not necessarily that you have to react in the same way as you did earlier..
      That's the understanding you will get when you're expanding your awareness or consciousness..
      Thanks for your time..

      Paying attention and journaling your thoughts and behaviours! You will see a pattern, and ask how was this shown in my childhood? Once you identify them, keep journaling, meditation to manage deep emotions, to accept and tune in your body. Therapy also helps

    • @BaybeeGful
      @BaybeeGful 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Priya P the things I mentioned is some of the way. It helped me with my unresolved issues. Therapy helped made sense of them and I did the rest of the work myself hence those tasks. You need to first make sense of where they come from, what is in your subconscious and how that is affecting your life todya - that’s the first step! Second is to write down patterns you see, root cause etc. because to understand, is to accept and let go which rewires our subscuous. You are doing the work to rewire the patterns and undo them! It takes a lot of time, not a night thing.

    • @manas142

      Living in awareness leads to the melting away of that emotion. Basically the external emotions are a result of your past memories. Like the anger/greed/hatred/love are all there because of past memories. If you are aware of them right during the arising of the emotion , you can subside them.

    What you are describing is obvious, the vast majority of people have unresolved issues esp. from childhood. And these are triggered the whole day, without even us being aware of it - that's how we have been taught to filter people, judge things (good vs. bad, convenient or not etc) or let circumstances influence our mood etc. but HOW to consciously identify them - that was not mentioned in the video. What if I have an issue from the age of 1 year old and I don't remember it?

      Acharya ji' s blog and basic youtube videos contain all the information. Read and listen carefully and then apply them in daily routine (as we do in physics or chemistry lab with experiment protocol). Hope this helps. Good luck for preparation.
