- Toyota Motor Philippines introduced the ALL NEW Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
I have been waiting for months for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado to arrived, and I was able to take video of the first unit that arrived at a dealership.
This video is a little longer that my regular video. But I was to show everyone as many details as possible. Since I know many of you are curious and want to know more about the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado LC250.

Defender will spend alot of time In the work shop after 3 years,
While LC250 PRADO wouldn’t even warmed up by then.
Will get this over Defender cause of reliability.

What is your opinion on its engine. I feel like the 2.4 engine is very underwhelming for its price.
Hello. Test drove this in Oklahoma last month.
Power-wise it’s as robust as Toyota’s V6 engine, specifically the 2GR-FE. Parehas lang ng power at 277 horsepower eh. Naka turbo kasi. Ok rin yung hatak niya. Pero sa US meron silang hybrid na mas malakas yung hatak. Mas gusto ko yun personally. Nakakainis bat hindi dalhin ng Toyota yun dito.
Yun nga lang mas rinig mo yung makina. Di hamak na mas maganda yung ungol ng V6 kumpara sa inline 4.

To each his own, but first time kong sasabihin mas prefer ko yung spec ng Philippines/Australia Version ng LC 250 dahil it stands out from the rest.
Isabay mo na Boss yung insulation under the hood. Tinipid ni Toyota yung version dto sa atin. Basic heat insulation tinanggal pa.
@chucky882 i noticed that also walang insulation sa hood.
I’ll consider also changing the front grille with the T O Y O T A badge plus the heat insulation under the hood. Other than those two, looks like we have a winner. I hope the petrol consumption of those 2.4L Turbo 16valve DOHC is not going to cause a big drain in our pocket as far as gasoline consumption is concerned.
@@geekygramp yes I noticed, no insulation for the hood. But the engine cover seemed standard as “not having one” for the petrol version. But for Diesel which is the 1GD-FTV engine (used for hilux and fortuner 2.8L) had the engine covers.

There is no switch for rear locker. It is automatic torque sensing (TORSEN)

In the US Toyota sell it as a LandCruiser and most of my fellow dumb American believed this is a LC300 😂 what is the price of this LC 250 Prado in Philippine?
Buying a brand new car is the dumbest thing you can do in terms of your financial aspect, a brand new car taken out of the dealership would lose a considerable amount of its value, it depreciates overtime while the item gets old, instead use your money to buy real properties where value increases overtime, anyways the main purpose of a vehicle is to take you from point a to point b where a cheaper secondhand car could do that job

Panget ng grill. And magkano naman patong nyo sa srp nyan? Balita ko para mabigyan nyan kailangan 5 years in house tapos pati insurance 5 years din in house. Daylight holdup. Tapos dahilan ng mga ahente “sir hot cake eh” in-demand.
