The two latest ones "Wet Dreams part 1 and 2" aren't too bad, imo. They go back more to the roots, but with a more modern take. The other ones after 7 were trash though, you're right about that.
MCL is a guilty trashy pleasure, but the wet dreams duology was a bit lacking to me because of the art style and lack of the narrator. Still at least our sleazy occasionally heroic protagonist got a happy ending in both meanings. R.I.P. Jan Rabson
