5:41 easiest way to get into Toy collecting is to simply dive in. Just what’s on these tables alone is enough variety to grab at least 1 or 2 figures and build from there

Hey man, I've really been enjoying your content. I recently just have restarted collecting after a several year long break and I am also going through and organizing/logging my dad's old collection that he is passing onto me. If you ever have the chance, I'd really love to see a video from you talking about your personal history with the hobby and what got you started. I also really like the idea of 'letting the hobby fund itself', if you could also maybe touch on how to best start doing that, that would be awesome as well. Keep it up man, loving the uploads

Wild shopping is great. Senses become heighten once you know what to look for and in what condition. If you see something you like no matter what, try and buy it. Never buy just to “sell”

Awesome haul, James! I will say that I noticed you passed up a Wolverine #50 in one of the boxes. I don't know what they were asking, but it's a minor key that's about $50 in a 9.8. Man, some beautiful books you pulled. Great hunting!

Nice finds. I picked up a decent collection for a great price. Not tremendous value because they were not bagged or boarded but there were some gems. 2 of which. A very nice copy of Star War Knights of the Old Republic #9 and a nice copy of Spider-man Noir #1. It had some Green Lantern books, cameo of Cruz. Check out Valor Comics for pressing. He does a good job. Erod might be closer and Very Gary uses him.
Them Star Wars books are a great book to pick up!

I was also at Zapp on Saturday and also like "oh yeah, their prices are so good here" lol. Everything I got I saw at another shop the week before for like $8 - $10 each and I got them all at Zapp for like $1.50 - $4.00 each.

No it's easy to sell - but to get em slabbed and sell takes such a long time to get back it's easier to move raw

Curious how you decide what to grade, looking at that haul I would've been inclined to grade far more. What's your rule of thumb?
I used to submit anything that I thought looked 9.2 or better (which ironically is pretty much all of thesE) the PROBLEM is that I've been so disenchanted with grading return times, I just don't know if I can wait another year... sigh
