I would argue that the absolute best off-road performance that ford makes is the 2 door Badlands Sasquatch Bronco. It may not be as flashy or fast as the raptors but that truck will get you nearly anywhere. But the trade off is that it’s a much more dedicated off roader (no bed, really made for 2 people, very limited towing) Now the Ranger Raptor is probably the best stock offroad rig from Ford that’s also a useful truck. I just wish the Ranger raptor came with 35s and had a 2 door extended bed option.
The tires our way over inflated 49psi is too high, it is 10 pounds above recommended tire pressure dealer needs fix that. You need to retest the Ranger Raptor with the correct tire presure and with the recommended high octane gas, which you will find it doing a much better in the 0-60 time and better ride also with the correct tire presure.
I am gonna buy this machine someday, I don't care how expensive or where money will come from, all I know is that I own one in my spirit and mind. You don't have to stress about convincing me to get one.

F150 raptor offers 35 and 37 also f150 raptor offers a torsen front differential (lsd) the R removes the torsen. Also the 4A was in expeditions and navigators form the 90's and mid 00's then ford got rid of it and then brought it back
The Honda Ridgeline made it up with way less effort. Hmmmm. Any vehicle will make it with momentum!! This truck failed at slow speed! Maybe lock it in?
Oh just so we are clear, this test was in 2wd, without a diff locked. Just to see if it could do it. If we used its tools it would been boring to watch because it’s that good.

Man I am sorry that this was such an issue for you. Normally we take the time to commit this to memory (we cover this in the upcoming road test of the ranger raptor, the off road video prioritizes the off roading). Giving the tight timeframe we chose to prioritize sharing our experience with it, and covering the off road specs rather than the color. The last thing we want to be is a channel that just reads you the spec sheet. We want to bring our audience objective testing and our experienced comparative analysis in the segment at a zero cost. Thanks for watching. -Bryan
I love that you don't talk about the damn screen for 15 minutes, and camera views for 5 minutes.
Amen, who cares about that if it’s not helping in our specific test?
I might be one of the few that think the Ranger looks better than the F-150. I actually think it is best looking in its entire class.
Agreed
I’m with you
Agreed! This is my favorite midsize truck.
Agreed. GM who?
Aside from the Colorado Bison.

Us too! Stay tuned, we have lots of Ranger content on the way!

Guys haven't heard of SDI eclick?
I know it's hot in Texas but the tires are about 10 psi over inflated. I got my RR last week and love it. Thanks for the review and sharing.

No drop in tire pressure on that loose dirt?
Would Like to see how the 24 tacoma pro perform on that obstacle
Probably break the front axle.

As soon as they arrive we will have it up the hill.
@@marioa2753 Raptor is more truck for 10k less than the Yota.
@marioa2753 honestly, after driving both a Tacoma and a crappy Chevy colorado...I'd take a Ranger or Nissan Frontier over any other mid sized truck.
Good job guys. Love the Ranger Raptor and compared to other truck prices it's a deal even though they are all way to expensive!!
We agree!
You can add live valves that are superior to Ford using SDI EClick on some vehicles

The Tremor made it too.
Have you thought about selling the Taco and buying one of these!? ;)
What you think the new Ranger Raptor or The Bronco it’s better?
you should have tested the drive modes without the lockers...
We can do that on an up coming ranger. Stay tuned.
