- These delicious Georgian dumplings known as khinkali are considered to be one of the national dishes of the country. Khinkali may be stuffed with vegetable fillings, such as potato or mushroom, but these meat versions by Wilderness cooking chef Tavakkul with a brothy spiced-meat filling, like soup dumplings-are the most common.
