Wow Matt thanks for the technique on knee tucks ive been trying them on the suspension trainer but wasnt popping my butt up just tried them GAME CHANGER!!!! Man the reps went down but the stimulus went thru the roof thanks brother
I think these exercises are great and as a former trainer through NASM I agree with you. I would probably take these two exercises and every other workout add a twisting component. The pelvic region is the origin of the three planes of movement so it makes sense to tackle the sometimes neglected transverse plane. Thanks Matt!
