Another great video, Matt. I've been doing a lot of my workouts in this circuit style for years, as I don't like to do nothing between straight sets. Very efficient and effective. Feel's great too.
All exercise routines train both, just some work the other more then others. But yes circuit training with body weight exercises leans more down the middle 👌👆
Those are chin ups brother. But great vid 👌 really like the mention of not havin t go t failure but goin enough to stimulate the muscle, or til you feel burnt out as you put it

You should make a book dedicated to nutrition for calisthenics. How to lose fat, build muscle, dieting, etc.
Circuits are great, simce they train both the cardiovascular and the muscular system.
