From the first drawn grand final in the 1940s, to the incredible circumstances of the 2020 grand final, this is the entire 100+ year history of AFL grand finals. Enjoy!
Always love ur vids love to see a new post ur the best afl TH-camr and maybe the best TH-camr in my opinion. Thanks for making great vids keep it up!🫡👍😎
You failed to mention the 2021 Grand Final in Perth, that was also a night Grand Final, plus the last time the Grand Final before the covid era was Waverly Park in 1991 due to the MCG undergoing renovation.
@18:02 A Norm Smith Medal tie is no longer split by a count back, rather one of the voters is the chair. If there is a tie then the chair determines which of the two tied players wins.
As much as I love your detail to history, you forgot that the 1991 Grand Final was held at Waverly Park due to the MCG Southern Stand under development at the time.
You didn’t mention the 1966 grand final. I know it looks like I’m being biased because I’m a saints fan but it’s important. Being the Saints Only Premiership to date
100+ year history?? AFL has only been in existence since 1987. Prior to that, it was the VFL and only relocated Victorian and Victorian based teams competed.
How can you miss the infamous 2007 AFL Grand Final? Also, the 2020 Grand Final really didn't feel like watching a Grand Final live. More like watching a standard Friday or Saturday game. 2021 felt like a Grand Final
I don’t follow the AFL but I don’t get why the pre 1897 VFA records aren’t included in teams histories it’s like the AFL want fans to think any Aussie rules football played pre the creation of the VFL weren’t worth anything
What about in 1963 grand final with Bob Davis and Polly farmer where Bob Davis changed the game with Geelong polling on the handballs Ron barrasi is a copycat and a flop

As much as I love your detail to history, you forgot that the 1991 Grand Final was held at Waverly Park due to the MCG Southern Stand under development at the time.
AFL started in 1990!! Collingwood, Richmond and Brisbane Lions have the most AFL premierships.
AFL did not start until 1990. All grand finals prior to that date are VFL grand finals which is a separate competition.
Would be good to hear about the other states also, often just hear about Victoria.
Good videos
Wow, one of the longest vids!
Good videos

AFL started in 1990. The Eagles & Bears entered the VFL.
How can you miss the infamous 2007 AFL Grand Final? Also, the 2020 Grand Final really didn't feel like watching a Grand Final live. More like watching a standard Friday or Saturday game. 2021 felt like a Grand Final
not even mentioning the 2021 Optus grand final.?? dayum tough crowd
Pre-1897 VFA doesn't get enough respect. Pre-1897 VFA premierships should count for total premierships.
Pretty good but not an entire history, rather an edited one.
Watch from 14:14 he said grand final twice
you missed the Collingwood premiership drought from 1958-90
I don’t follow the AFL but I don’t get why the pre 1897 VFA records aren’t included in teams histories it’s like the AFL want fans to think any Aussie rules football played pre the creation of the VFL weren’t worth anything
Actual fact SANFL existed in 1877
The mighty sun
