My opinion, Darth sidous is one of my favorite Star Wars villains of all time not only is he extremely powerful in the dark side of the force but also he’s a evil genius, the fact that he was able to orchestrate and the entire war or secretly taking over the Senate, and being a leader of the Sith was just a stroke of geniusand the fact that he was able to manipulate Anakin for 13 years that is insanely intelligent and you know what we’ve never actually seen his training on live screen in a prequel series how he was trained by darth Plegas I would love to see that in a prequel TV series, his rise to power that would be awesome to see
What is amazing is how during all this plotting and scheming Palpatine was doing, he was flexing and shitting on the Jedi and the senate in front of they faces
About Padme… I believe it took way longer to rebuild Vader and that the movie just makes it seem like it happened immediately but they had a public funeral for Padme so all Palpy had to do was turn on the news 🤷🏻♂️

Darth sidous needs his own prequel TV series on Disney+. I mean it would be really cool to see how he was trained as a Sith on live screen and see how he was trained by his master darth plagues , the wise.

Anakin was the walking embodiment of selfishness so I’m sure after he was told about the suffering of the people on the bottom of coruscant that the feeling of sadness came and went! Palps knew exactly what he was doing by fostering the selfish aspect of anakins character and made it all about anakin and his choices being more important than anything else…. 🤷🏽♂️

I am a great fan of Sidious but George Lucas has already stated that Mace beat Sidious. It is believed that he became deformed because it was Sith Lightning was being deflected back at him with a Light Saber which caused the burning and deforming of his face. This is why Luke was not deformed when he was struck by Sith lightning or why Anakin was not deformed when Dooku struck him with his own Sith Lightning. Not to mention why no one else was deformed when struck like Savage or Maul.

Sidious on the other hand was different, every single apprentice after their deaths he openly disgusted, blaming them for their "betrayals and weaknesses" after treating them like dirts all that time: - he called Maul a not-good-enough, foolish idiot, who deluded himself he was cunning - he called Dooku a proton torpedo, discarded when no longer useful, who deluded himself he was a true Sith and someone who mattered - he called Vader a sick man in an iron mask with a feeble heart
The rule of 2 was broken with Darth Tenebrous 😢…. Darth Plagueis compounded the problem breaking the rule of 2 and with hubris …the force retaliated with Anikan!!! Palatine should have foreseen his short rule would be the result of the chosen one but I guess hubris betrayed him!

Never should have been called Darth. Darth as a title is just dumb. Palpatine was the emperor and a Sith Lord. I'm fine with that
I don’t believe Palpatine as the Greatest sith , vitiate takes that title! He walked around in many minds and wiped out world on his own! He was smarter than Siddious, I believe Plagues was superior to Siddious, if the moon didn’t fall asleep after being drunk! This was all Plagues’s plan from the beginning! Siddious just was executing the final piece to what plagues put in motion!
