    Thanks for all the positive feedback😍All of you who have followed the channel know that I have struggled a lot before and you can probably imagine I was looking forward to a new boat. Since it did not go as planned, I feel very blessed for this invitation and opportunity. I find it strange though to read comments from people who dont know me calling me things and being more or less rude for me doing this and mostly that some people making a lot of strange assumptions of how i spend my days. I choose to belive those people are only jealous and have a more boring life than I do! I'm still the same, I just got the chance to sail on a fantastic boat and perhaps it could instead inspire some of you that it is possible without being able to puschase one. sailing on different boats makes you learn what you like and don't like.

      I have spend 6 month this year on my boat , and i dont even show my sailing on you tube. My friends from Sweden circumnavigated 10 years , no one has seen any videos from them. And i do not need the ," you tube " money , i can sail anyway ! And the best , i do not need to explain what i am doing,when i am doing it or why. I have lived onboard more than 8 years before !

    I think you need to explain, we saw your last vid and you went back to Sweden, now your back in Italy, obviously in your own but how did/do you get to sail on such a nice boat, did you just rock up at the boat yard, why do you keep saying we ??? Is your partner still there ? To many questions not enough answers ? Nice boat but let be truthful, it’s not sailing, Tilda was sailing lol

    • @sailingtilda
      @sailingtilda  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well, it would be strange to say "me" like I would be sailing the boat alone and obviously that is not the case😊

    • @Cptnbond

      That was only one answer, what about the other...

    • @sailingtilda
      @sailingtilda  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It was not very polite comments/questions to begin with, seemed more or less to aim to put me down for sailing on this boat (or it's not sailing, right?) so I just choose to ignore it😊.

      It was not impolite, we watched you and were in the same marina 2 years ago, our boat is in Lefkada, they were genuine questions? As someone pointed out… You start your title with MY NEW FLOATING HOME, so it was my assumption that MY meant you, and thought you had purchased a new boat, sorry, misunderstood, you are in a fantastic floating home, after the rough and ready of Tilda… so are we not allowed to ask questions ? If not don’t post, if you want to see how someone explains things see wilding sailing, that will explain a lot…

      @@sailingtilda I do not see the questions as "aiming to put you down". In fact, I see the questions as quite fair as there seems to be no continuation from your last episode nor any explanation as to your plans plus what brought you to be on the Amel. Leaving your followers in the dark is certainly not the way to go if you/your channel want to be taken seriously. You may as well start a new channel as even your title "Let's go sailing Tilda" is no longer compatible with what you're doing.

    This boat is just wow but I wonder if its as fun as sailing a minimilistic sailing vessel or at least much more basic vessel. It almost feels like a cruise ship... Maybe that's is poor people thinking but watching some channels (like your ex-channel) sailing on small boats makes it much more fun to watch. I hope I am wrong and looking forward to see your videos on this luxury living yacht :) The dog is super nice.

      It is indeed different. On the plus side, the movement is much better, the boat behavs good in the water, it actually sails very well (much better) and balanced. On the other side, of course it is convenient with all the extra help, but yes the feeling is not the same pushing a button as actually pulling the ropes, but I think it is a bit like a boat like Tilda is not the same as a dinghy, or very small boat without vinches, where every line is held by hand. I think it is more about how you sail the boat, if you do it actively or not. But it is of course not as "lively" as a small boat. Yes, the dog is adorable!🥰

      as she say herself, she is not sailng, I know - its just dog minding, scrubbing & cooking. No respect.

      as you should know, border collie is not a boat dog, iits cruel to keep it couped up on a boat - and in fact it's very seasick, even worse.

    • @sailingtilda
      @sailingtilda  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tkio9304 Why you think that? I'm not a hostess nor steward on this boat. Not all women that crew on boats are left with cooking and cleaning, just for your info as you seem to have a very "old fashiond" view about it or something...

    Nice to see you back on the water 👍😎 Congrats finding that ship too crew on, that is an absolute beast of a boat, looking forward to see it sailing. I'm sitting in my c32 deep in a norwegian fjord on the Westcoast listening to the wind in the rigging, yellow leafs flying thru the air in the gusts 🙄, but thats ok, winter season is ok too.
