I’m a tad confused about the last part.. we are staying at AoA Nemo room and have a reservation at boardwalk for dinner, so we take the skyliner to Hollywood then a bus over to boardwalk, not skyliner to Epcot?
Sorry I needed to have clarified. If you are coming in on the Skyliner you are fine because it takes you to international gateway. Those that need to go to Studios would be someone taking a bus from a none-skyliner resort in attempt to get to one of those resorts since buses only go to the front entrance not international gateway. Hope that makes sense.
This is my very first time to WDW and I am going on a solo trip with my two littles (5yrs + 4yrs). I came across your videos- Immediate subscription! I am researching all the things and found your videos to be extremely helpful! Thank you so much for making these video!!
When I was at Art of Animation in March last year the buses were constant. We NEVER waited and it was absolutely amazing! I was worried one day because it filled up right before we got on but then bam! Another bus was right behind it ready for us. It was amazing Art will always be our favorite resort! However we hated the Skyliner you have to share it with pop and we lined up a hour early and the line was backed up around the lagoon at pop and back to the little mermaid rooms!!!! We drove to Hollywood studios and parked right up front paid $20 for preferred parking and we were in the park within 15 minutes of leaving Art… there was no line so I’m guessing everybody was still stuck in that awful line! Ugh I felt bad for them.
I just found your videos tonight and immediately subscribed! Thank you for this video, my family is going in 2023 and not only will we have my son in his stroller but I will be in my wheelchair so having a video that talks in depth about transportation tips for strollers and wheelchairs is SO helpful. Thankfully I’ll have help, but your videos are giving me so many ideas to make preparations for a smooth trip!
We just stayed at Art of Animation for the first time last week and it was our first time using the skyline.. Being able to use the skyline was sooo much better/faster than taking the bus with 3 kiddos.
First timer and I’m STRESSING transportation. Like my anxiety was not built for this 😂 any specific directions for how to get from art of animations to ohana breakfast at the Polynesian?
Thanks for a informative video. We are staying at Animal Kingdom lodge over the MLK weekend for 4 nights and planning to visit all the parks. Does having a rental car makes it more convenient? Cost not withstanding...
This is so helpful as we prepare for our first trip. I was considering staying at a skyliner resort but all of us are scared of heights. If we tried skyliner and hated it we'd more than likely have no other way to get to Epcot or Hollywood Studios during our stay and that'd be a big bummer. If we try it and like it while we are there we'd know for next time if we go back eventually though.
The do offer buses but they don't run quite as often so transportation can take a bit. You will likely save some money staying at a none Skyliner resort too.
Great info! So what would you recommend for a family that has 4 kids oldest being 4, so we will have 2 double strollers 1 is an in-line with our infant seat the other is a side by side umbrella stroller for the 2 older kids (I say older kids but they are still only 3 and 4 lol) we prefer to not have to be getting them out as they don’t necessarily stay close and we can’t have hands on them all plus the strollers and all our stuff ya know. This will be our 4th trip and we’ve always been too nervous to use the transportation from our resort so we just drive to the parks. But curious if we should attempt it this time or not.
Mears Connect is the easiest and most affordable. We've also used a Private Transportation company called Tiffany Towncar and enjoy their service as well.

Super helpful tip about international gateway, transferring from Coronado Springs to Riviera

We tried the skyliner for the first time on our recent trip and loved it! Definitely opened my eyes to staying at a resort with skyliner access.
It’s so convenient!!

Can minivan accommodate ECV?

Hi Ashley!! Do you know if two single strollers will fit on the skyliner?? We couldn’t find any tandem doubles to rent so we chose two singles, Txs!
They totally should! My friend and I fit my vista and her travel stroller in one gondola.
Do you have the best transportation advice for getting from airport to Disney hotels since they stopped the shuttle?
