In this video, Zo emphasizes about the limit point of honesty, when this honesty becomes blunt and rude, and only based in one's own personal opinion or experience without valuing the other person's (or rat's) perspective. It's better listen than to judge, then you can give your own perspective while being nonjudgmental.
The rats can get quirky when no one's looking. x)
And as an neurodivergent, who has a hard time on giving nonverbal cues and tone indicators, I like how Zo approached it as being completely fine as long as you're not essentially hurtful.
Teasing is fine, but there is a limit. Teasing shouldn't be one-sided, people. It should be something both of the sides enjoy and laugh together, like the... rats.
