@Imaru Lewis We are talking about CinemaSins here. Jeremy forgets things from a movie he just watched in order to feign ignorance. Birdmans video of CinemaSins Age of Ultron is a perfect example that illustrates this point.
And feigning ignorance is not "comedy", it just makes him look stupid.
Bringing it back to the original point, the Joker even said that he would blow up both ferries if one of them did not blow up the other by midnight.

He went undercover for Grayson, and at the conclusion of that his secret identity was restored just in time for Rebirth. In Rebirth Detective Comics opening arc’s conclusion Tim Drake was considered dead when he’d actually been kidnapped by Mr Oz, with a later arc showing his escape and reunion with Batman and co.

Wayne Manor is meant to be located in the Bristol Township neighborhood just outside of Gotham, on Crest Hill, near Drake Manor and the home of J. Devlin Davenport.
None of that are details I expect to exist in the mind of a child. I was honestly just impressed it was outside of Gotham proper, and having Wayne Manor isolated on a literal island was better for the movie's theme.
