I played baritone for a long time , since tuba didnt work for me in 4th grade when I started, according to my teacher, I'm now in 9th grade in high school and now my new band teacher asked me of i would play tuba this year , even though i frogot the notes and all. I'm excited but I will buy a baritone for me at home because the baritone is still my favorite instrument. Hope it goes well for me this year

As a tuba player, I saw that the tuba player kept puffing her cheeks every time she played a note. Just a tip, you shouldnt puff ur cheeks when playing or else its harder to breathe and continue playing at the same time.

Hi! I been playing euphonium/baritone for 4 years and when I first saw this video was 2 years ago when I was an okay player! Lol. But anyways I am a good player and my band director said I could be all state(which i hope is true) but I could barely any 16 notes and it was hard for me to play 8 notes but now I’m doing very well! I’m also hoping To make it to all region so wish me luck !!!!

Interesting method. I do my upper octave D's with all my valves open. I find it more in tune then pressing down one and two
