- Crazy, the band's pop masterpiece, as performed at a dress rehearsal for the Howie Mandel Show which was to debut a few days later, in 1998. This dress rehearsal show never aired and this clip has been seen by few, until now.

Kathy looks great in this video I’ve always been fan of hers
In Kathy Valentine's long-lost Twitter memoir, she said that after the Go-Go's disbanded she worked hard on her craft, and it certainly shows here. She sounds great, and makes me wonder what the Go-Go's would have sounded like with KV as lead guitarist.

I guess I don’t see it. The Go-Gos were better than any of their solo acts and we’re best the way they were. Each member brought something to the band.
Michael Lowrey ...disagree. KV can’t play keys like Charlotte could. Plus Char was in the band long before KV and was the one who actually invited KV to be a temporary replacement.
KV was perfect where she was.
No need to try to compare or bash others. But for Charlotte and Jane writing almost all of their songs (especially Beauty and the Beat), and Belinda and Jane starting the band, we’d likely have never heard of KV.
Thankfully we did and they’re all amazing in the roles they took.

John Gianiodis ...I’m not arguing on who is better. I just stated a fact that Charlotte is responsible for KV being in the band and that KV is great as a bass player and it’s the right job for her in the band. Michael was the one who was comparing.
Fun fact: according to KV Charlotte also is the one responsible for KV getting a song on Beauty and the Beat. When KV joined the album was already written but Char felt that KV deserved a song on the album and lobbied for it. I’m sure the lobbying didn’t take much with most of the girls.
Again,, my point is that everyone is in the right spot and it worked and still works.

That's a damn shame it never aired. It's a great performance by a great band!
