Is there any procedure before starting small microgreen business like FSSAI license or any other legal certificate.
Awesome information and can be used in so many different niches. For microgreens, do you need any special licenses to sell? I know this may vary by state.
Depends on your state, but usually no license needed for most states.
After talking with our local state offices, you don't need much of anything if you are doing less than $25k a year in sales. After that you just need periodic inspections.
Again, every location has independent laws and restrictions that you would need to research and follow.

@Dan Lajpust, you can always sell in the private with a PMA and stay out of the public. Meaning, you do not have to ask for “permission” from a state agency to earn a living. It is your birthright. It is the solution to 2020 that we have never been taught (and why would those in the ‘public’ not educate you on that?) Well, because it does not benefit them but, you are guaranteed (Article 1:sec 10) unlimited capacity to contract and that can be done in the private with private memberships. Good luck 🍀
