Income tax should be for one year income but PF amount income comes for any 30-35 year income,so that it is injustice.

The reasonable solution for hardships faced by epfo pensioners appear to be pending due to unviabilty & unmindful modifications poorly drafted unscientific ineffective retirement payouts.
However the freedom of modifications got approved only for the epfo pensioners in service & those who were lucky to part of judgement of Kerala highcourt. Majority of those who were respondents to Kerala High court's decision.
The PSU's evolved through ongoing industrial requirements & even state Govt's commercial PSU's were thrust with epfo pensions without established rules for likely post retirement payouts on scientific evolution of pensioners payout on retirement benefits of this scheme.
Even the kerala highcourt judgement got applicable after a great gap of time as per court's decision.
The unfortunate aspect was that the benefits of Kerala highcourt decision was made applicable only for those who were jointly participants in & fighting in the Court case.
Neither any modifications or reasonability of the output of epfo pensioners scheme was got extended or envisaged for future epfo pensioners.
A great failure of the ministry of labour/ non extension of scheme for future generations either as an extension of modications carried out by highcourt decision.
In fact all Govt/ public sector / pvt sector organisations were either dumbfounded & unmindful of this
or knowingly never raised voice on such unmindful decision as to how & why the next generation of such public sector/ pvt. organisations. May be the Highcourt / psu ministries of pvt & public sector organisations / epfo top managements failed that the implications of future generations of epfo pensioners will get effected worst & remain sadly & badly loose the merits of Kerala highcourt decision on the High court's decision for applicabilty for future generations of epfo pensioners.
The Govt of India & specifically our highly reliable & forward looking Prime Minister too failed to realise the generational requirement to lay down the then decision of Kerala highcourt for future generations of epfo pensioners either through proper review or timely modifications based on review of payouts requirements for future generations viability of such pension schemes / pensioners welfare in future.
It is basically not linking requirements of future payouts with reference to subscription.
Generally the courts should have also given their decision for future epfo pensioners.
The Govt / Supreme court should have assessed this
