I sang an English Cover of Fight Song, by Eve! It was used as Chainsaw Man Ending 12, but also a continuation to Eve's "How to Eat Life", telling a story about second chances, moving on, and walking away from a life lived with closed eyes.

@@LordBurger In my opinion, Trickle's translation is way better than Will's version. I really like how they incorporated the title in the chorus with "The crowd is cheering on and on, it's our fight song", and how they matched every syllable from Japanese to English.

I am not gonna lie, I am never a fan of diffrent language Eve covers or japanese songs in general. Most times I find them just not fitting, lyric wise aswell as vocaly wise.
But this cover is a whole different story. This is the first cover that I might even enjoy equally as much as the original song, and I am saying that as a hardcore Eve fan.

the moment i went over the original lyrics when the song dropped, i knew i had to very patiently wait until you got your hands on them to see how youd adapt them and man did you not disappoint. theres so much in eves lyrics that unfortunately gets lost in translation, but i always appreciate how much you manage to capture while adding even more. i think it was your nonsense bungaku cover that got me into you and even if its now in the unlisted covers playlist (hoping praying for a revenge ver im on my knees), i still think its one of my favorite lyrics youve written. and its a nice little treat to hear the night is faint reference there lol.
