I'm not sure where you are from but I also want to add that your explanation in English is superb and as a native English speaker you speak very fluently ❤. Ps if anyone in the future faces an issue with their brake lights remaining on then you have to pull the push pin of the brake switch fully out. It'll be obvious when you come to do it, the pin will feel like it doesn't want to move but it with some force it will. Hope this helps as it was causing me some troubles..
I'm in trouble with my brake lights. Can someone help me? I have a VW Gol G6 2013 (it's a brazilian model) and since my ECU had a shortcut and been repaired, my brake lights are always on. If I turn on the ignition then brake lights will turn on as well and get stuck. If I remove and then replace the fuse from brake lights switch then the lights turn off and will only turn on if I press the brake pedal as expected. But if I turn the car off and then turn it on again the same problem will get back. I'm wondering if it's an ECU issue or just a stuck relay. My car doesn't have ABS but it's brake system are similar to some VW Jetta, with a 1K0945459A brake lights switch.

@Ndabezitha it was the ECU in my case. Sent it to repair and the problem was solved.
