Very awesome! good singing and extremely awesome. In this age of distraction and division, bring the psalms back should be a strong idea for the modern Christian. Jesus was strongly connected himself with the psalms.

How can I know how to sing the psalms? Every app has either music with no words or music sung with the lyrics I can barely understand, with no words to follow??
Yes i have learned from others tunes to sing some Psalms over the past 50 years. I teach children Psalm 23 to the tune of twinkle twinkle little star ending it with Psalm 23 verses 1 through 6. Could you PLEASE give me the list of 12 hymn tunes to try to sing the psalms to? I have used Amazing Grace tune for Hebrews 4:16. Thank you.

Today I read in a forum someone who mentioned they used a "metrical psalm" to sing psalms and I have to say I'm disappointed in the algorithm that it has never even once pointed to something like this. I've searched videos of psalms being sung in english and none sounded right.
Here is the proper Pslams in music. Pslam 1:1. : Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. - It's impossible to improve on prefection.
Don't you think the Psalms deserve better than recycled tunes? Find a Psalter that has each Psalm to its own tune, and recordings of each. Then you can listen to the recordings, so that tune and that words are always connected in your mind. Not sure where to find such a Psalter?

I am a confirmed psalm singer I was born in the Netherands where the psalms were sung in most churches. The tunes from Geneva are unbeatable
