You are correct indeed..but we also have to keep in mind that a King is entitled to some benefits from the state as the custodian of our Land and Culture.

So they qualified the original letter R to a H (Hadebe). This way of changing letters & words was influenced by ukuThefuya. An example, AmaHlubi say Bayethe and AmaZulu say Bayede (ukuThefuya).
