    I’m at level 0...I do push ups, at an angle, off the wall, in hopes that one day, I will do a normal push up. This video is a great source of inspiration. I’ll keep updating!
    Update 1: Wall push up angle is much more now, inclined push ups have begun, and...I’ve even tried the progression of the bent knees...some progress!
    Update 2: The normal reps don’t hurt as much now...I will be increasing the number. Getting closer every day! Thanks for the support guys, keep it coming!
    Update 3: No actual change to reps per se...but feel physical change! Upper abdomen has gone in now. Feeling da buuuurn 🔥 🔥 🔥
    Update 4: It’s not only me doing push ups but more on weight loss too, I’m currently lost few kilos too! It has made my current push up progressions much simpler, feel like I’m so much closer to a full push up than my first day!
    Update 5: I did my first 2 normal push ups on the floor but not quite...but these didn’t pain as much as before, so definitely progress there. NEVAH GIVE UPH. 🔥🔥🔥

      If you are bulky you can't do most of the exercises. Imho it's about finding the right sport for your body type. I can't get mass/bulky for example, but someone who easily becomes bulky wouldn't really be able to succeed in Calisthenics beyond the pure strength exercises like push-ups, pull-ups and squats (with extra weights).

    My level when it comes to push-ups is currently 35, I'm 17 years old, I started exercising because I had a lot of problems with the spine, I started the exercises in January this year (2021) I put more work into lifting, after 2 months you can see results in my posture and the columnar seems to be less crooked

      it would probably be a pinky finger pull up while juggling with the opposing hand for level 100 based on the above video although chris heria if you check him out has some ludicrous videos too

      Nice bro just keep it up and don't stop working out I was at that level 2 months ago but now I can do around 12-13 diamond pushups. So just stay consistent with your workouts and your nutrition and you're good my man :)

      @@richycollins7670 Well, then just focus on doing cardio and cut your calories by 500 and you should start losing the excess weigh that's preventing you from doing a pushup :)

      Victoria Valdés I achieved muscle up explosive one and slow muscle up with false grip and today I just got half range of motion of one arm pull up from bent arm to chin over bar trained one arm pull up for 2 inconsistent months I hope the best of your goals also (Rn I’m working on hefesto and planche I’ll update you when I get them) Rn I’m at straddle planche (not the most perfect form)

    Stuck at level 12 but can do level 50 without any issues at all. Strange. Amazing strength from this guy, some of these are insane.
