Laws Matter. Problems arise when international law is ignored. If Israel had not been allowed to ignore international law for decades we would not have come to this point. US claiming ceasefire was not binding is disgraceful.

As usual, great observation and well said, Professor JAN OBERG.
The world has become such a terrible place to live in, it is all because we have no solution to stop one terrible country that causes it all!
The saddest part is, even the educated ones blindly followed the footsteps of this particular country. Coexistence has no meaning for them except selfishness, greed and total lack of kindness towards others.
Minds of people failed. What is the meaning of education in our modern society. Where is our courage. What happened to our quality in life..etc?!

One of the US's over-capacity issues is the excessive supply of weapons. This excessive supply of weapons by the US created conflicts and war all over the world. Take Ukraine and Israel for instance, if the US stop the supply of weapons to these two countries the war would have ended long ago.

Do you know how the US got out of the great depression? By selling weapons to both sides of the conflict on every conflict in World War II.

Why should someone not criticize the UN? Most of their agencies were not made for equalization in mind , employers in the orgain made to help workers , unequal power given to some countries , namely the USA who should be the last country in the word to receive Veto power in an organization that should be for peace , and not only that , the same organization helped the US in the corean war by letting their members to enter such bloodshed with the UN mark on top of it and do not have the decency to try and protect their employees from isreaely attacks or retaliate in some way.
Un can be the place for the cration of the most advanced politics regarding human rights , but if they can not made their members act in some way then it is useless.

We have a household. Family members. A community. A society that is based on all those households and communities. Then, we have an international community.
Here we are dealing at 4 levels:
    Domestic
    Regional
    National
    International
Conflicting opinions and united views are present in all these places. Because each human and each nation is born with a different characteristic. So there aught to be dissenting opinions.
But if we keep a few points in mind. Perhaps we can bend a few rules. For instance, we can not change our neighbours. We should not allow nuclear weapons to be used on humans. Nuclear weapons should not be used in space. Preserving our glaciers in Antarctica. Not conducting wars on the grounds of suspicions. If a nation wants to maintain its supremacy, then they have to abide by international laws, too.
    Otherwise, world peace is compromised.
Palestine issue is not a matter of co-existence. It's a matter of having bad neighbours.

Don't forget that some arab countries aren't *actually* supporting the birth of a palestinian nation.According to a few geopolitical scientists their behaviour can factually be linked to the consistent and pervasive iranian policy across the Middle Eastern scenario.I guess you should beef up your insight dealing with this crucial factor as well.

As most of us happen to I can just read and listen, then I try to think out an opinion.
In this specific scenario I feel fully unbiased as personally I realized that the palestinian agenda dates back to the aftermath of WW1(albeit the story begins around the mid 19th century) and since then so many events have affected the relations between the two opponents.Several faults are there on both sides and frequently a heavy influence time by time from third parts
occurred....and yes, talking about third parts being involved,Iran actually is actively playing in the Middle East.Jeopardizing the *Abraham Accords* amongst Israel and a few arab countries can be for sure a strong motivation to support Hamas aggression in September 2023 : it brought about a reaction which turned into an *over reaction*.As a sudden consequence Saudi Arabia and a couple of other arab countries which were close to join those accords couldn't but *temporarily* desist from signing.
I don't know what Iran is planning but a serious reason must be there for a number of arab countries to be so worried : they're so worried that they planned to look for shelter under the israelian military umbrella. However the accords are just *suspended* .
