- welcome to a slightly chaotic but overall very productive week in my life~ Some disclaimers:
I don't usually go out so much (I average once or twice a week), but this was filmed earlier in the school year when I havent seen a bunch of friends for a year, so we all tested negative and then decided to meet up!
I also don't usually teach tuition on my bed, but that night my students didn't want video on so I figured there was no harm
and lastly, I cannot BELIEVE the amount of traction my last video got ;-; (I mean THE Kelly Stamps commented on my video waht) -- Thank you guys so much ♡ yall make editing during midterms week less painful and all worth it :)

Highly recommend thematic for chill music! (I find all my music there and tbh everything sounds good) - but I don’t usually listen to music when I study, I prefer ambient noise / coffee shop chatter hehe

no problemo - also I vlog with my phone! (It’s a iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I usually put it on 4K/30fps - it was a $$ upgrade for me from my old iPhone but I thought it’d be worth it for the camera - though tbh the iPhone 12 Pro works great as well, except not *as* well in some low light situations for video specifically)

Great job with the workouts!! Just wanted to give some advice to try and stay in the 8-12 range after 3 weeks of your current reps range. The first month or so will be neuromotor adaptations and then after it will be actual muscle hypertrophy and “fat loss”.

It's also interesting to me to see how you schedule your day and your productivity kinda motivates me :D (I'm a sophomore too and I'm very lazy with my homework and I want to improve that). One thing I find is the handwritings you do, they're pretty to look at but like hard to read from first glance? I love them but as a non-native speaker (and my English is not that good) I have to pause sometimes to see what the writings is :v
