    One of my friend whose previous company's name got changed due to take over by other company and also new name come with take over.
    So friends PF and bank statement was showing old company name.
    Hr of Capg was telling His BGV red due to that they rejected. But they dint gave proper explanation of this rejection. So we thought that this is because of name change in company. But almighty HR only knows reason 😢.

      @@sandeepgirme2915 Pls ask your Friend if that is the only reason of rejection, then share any news article or get a mail from previous company HR stating that both are same firms. No company can reject bgv w/o stating actual reason

      It is the responsibility of a candidate to not share any fake details or docs. If you are true, doesn't matter when BGV is done.
      Companies conduct it at a later stage for different reasons.

      ​@@TalentOyster-HRYes the reason is simple , if they don't want employees to work with them for any stupid reasons. They take an excuse of bgv fail. So, that they can terminate the employees easily.

      @@H.RAJ123 No it is not true. Might be your exp. would be different. But BGV requires time and it cannot be done prior to joining of candidates everytime, hence companies prefer to do it at later stage. Also, for any termination based on Bgv fail an employee is given clear facts and time also to rectify it if possible.

      @@allinone7722 hi, if incase in main marksheet it is not mentioned anywhere regarding back then won't be a challenge. But if they specifically ask you to mention regarding this in the joining formality , then would be an issue. Pls check with your Alumni's if any regarding LnT joining process.

    Hi mam I have completed my 12th in 2010 but there is a 5 year gap in my graduation because I was doing some professional degree which I am not able to passed I started my graduation in 2015 and cleared it in 2021 not mentioned clearing year on resume and I got the offer letter as no body asked for it will It create problems in BGV PLEASE REPLY

    In my 10th marksheet correction has been done in my surname and father's name with right deatils in offline mode but not on online, showing old details and now they are too long time.
    Other all docs are perfect.
    What could be happen in bg verification and which category belong it?

    Mam Maine Ek company mein interview diya hai abhi to Mera interview Pass Ho Gaya Hai Lekin Maine company ko bataya Nahin Hai Ki Main contract se hun ya company se hun lekin Main Yahan per contract se kam kar raha hun. Aur Maine Apni salary Bhi Jyada interview Mein Bata di hai. Aur interview pass bhi ho gaya hai lekin abhi vah log mere pass last three month ka salary slip Mang Rahe Hain To Main Kaise takal Karun Mere ko fake salary slip Banani chahie ya nahi

      @@autojini2424 Yes, pls avoid editing any Salary, Education docs. This is considered as Forgery and will lead to black listing from the Company. Share only corrent info n docs. You can anyways inform them about your revised salary n incase any letters you have received, pls do share it.

    Company ne mere ko BVF ka form diya tha or site p details upload karne ko bola tha to maine vha only 03 company he show ki hai vo contract vali nhi show ki kyuki uska kuch proof nhi tha usko bas maine cv m mention kar rkha tha to mam mere BVF CV or employment form jo bhara hai uske according hoga ya jo detail maine BVF main fill kari hai or online daali h uske according hoga mam main pass hounga ki nhi please reply please

    Mam, i was employee at family owned firm(manufacturing ), since 05/2021, wanted to teach so joined a tutoring company. After a month I realised it'll count has double as double employment and i left that job after 1 month 25 days.
    But i have recieved pf from both companies in this time period.
    How should i disclose this in upcoming hr rounds of interviews.

      Hi, since the PF has been deducted then it will reflect in your UAN that you had dual employement. Incase you left your Manufacturing job at a later stage then do not mention your Teaching job in your CV. Anyways it happened in past so you do not have to disclose it to your future employer unless asked.

    Hi mam,
    One of my frnd caught malpractice in exam in 6th and cleared in 7th sem, his marksheets are not affected it's normal like everyone. in security details does he should click yes on malpractice or it doesn't matter, during BGC they go to college right , the clg will say these things? It will not be an issue right ?

      @@fzxf-f2d Hi, no it won't be an issue. Every colg issues a character certificate, if that is normal then not to worry. It is advisable not to share such things as Company won't shortlist such candidates but make sure not to repeat it in future.

    Hello Ma'am,
    I am an Mba school hire in one of the big 4s. I have two pre-Mba work experience - first one in an Mnc and the last one in my small family business. I have all the papers for both organisations but for the family business my salary was paid in cash - which is mentioned in my joining letter and Payslips - duely stamped and signed by my father who is rhe sole proprietor. Do you think this will create an issue in Background verification?

      Hi, Can you pls elaborate on the issue.
      Pls note: UAN is only one per individual hence it has to be shared with the new employer so you cannot hide it.

    Hi Ma'am, Thank you for the informative video. My PF shows the same start and end date for the same company. Will this affect my background verification? Do I need a relieving letter for this, despite not working for the company?

      Hi, no ideally relieving letter is not required since you have just joined it for 1 day but from your side do share in writing to the Company that you have decided not to continue the job and make sure you don't have any assets with you. There won't be any PF issue as you have not drawn any salary from the firm.

    Hello , I have cleared all round in Morgan Stanley and submitted my documents for Background verification, the things is that in my resume ,Adittional Certificate column i have mention MS Excel certificate from college but i did that Certificate from other classes so will it impact on my Background

      @@subirghanty7748 Hi, incase you have the salary slips for that duration then that is sufficient. Since 6 months is a long duration hence would suggest to mention this company in your CV coz anyways if PF was deducted, your new Org can check the history in your UAN account.

    How this works with UAN number

      There is only one UAN for each individual hence any employer once they hire you ask for your UAN no. which has a history of your PFs.

      Mostly in such case they might not consider your experience or incase you have any mails/agreement from Client side referring to what have you done might serve the purpose.

      Yes for internship previous experience is not required. But you can mention that you had freelancing n won't have to present any documents..

      If by modification you mean to say any details have been changed then obviously you will fail the BGV as Salary details are verified in BGV.

      Hi, Normally Salary slips are asked, incase one doesn't have it then you can share bank statement as well.
      If in last company PF was not there, it doesn't matter, new Org will open your PF account incase it doesn't exit.

      Incase of any BGV response in Orange or Red category, Company normally informs employee and ask for reason. You may communicate it then.
