Why doesn't each and every source online already have an in-text citation and reference page for copying and pasting information? Why do we have to continually and manually type each part of a reference and in-text citation? Already typing an essay is stressful enough. Add the manual in-text citations and reference work stress level is beyond my capabilities. Those who create sources must provide these citations and refferences for us to copy and paste based on the citation styles one uses.

Thank you, Instructor Sean, and Scribbs, for your announcements of essays. I always watch, and follow these instructions on the videos, to have your tips, for the forums, Apa style, in text citations, and advice, for the week, when I need to complete my assignments, of essays. I appreciate the work you do with us. As a student at GCU (Grand Canyon University), of bachelor’s in science of healthcare administration, I always need your help to get my good grade A, each week, but with your feedback I finish the steps for my assignments. Academic writing. It is a challenging task and I acknowledge my challenging work the past week to complete courses online. Working on it, I can develop my skills. will use this information to be successful in future courses. It is important to do well with the explanation, when I watch these videos and announcements, it helps me to prepare my online class, and to pursue my career.

Yeah, my University used a different TH-cam video to explain APA and there wasn’t one mention of Scribbr. Then I had to take a timed test on APA, that had I known of Scribbr, would have helped a lot at deciphering which citation was correct when only given a minute to evaluate each citation and compare it to multiple others…

To all my GVA and Edgenuity people out there
Directions: After Viewing this video on APA Citations, write THREE (3) ways you could use APA citations to avoid plagiarism based on the video.
    1. If your citing a specific part of a source try your best to use a locator.
    2. You only need to use a page number when using a direct quote
    3. When your source has multiple authors a maximum of 2 authors are included in the in text citiation. If there are more use "et all" meaning 'and others'

I haven't been able to find this answer anywhere, so hopefully you can answer it for me. How do you cite an in-text narrative quote? For example, I want to say something like.....According to Smith (2021), "quote from Smith here" (Smith, 2021, p.4). Is that the proper format? Do I need to put the year at the beginning and then again at the end?
