      Pay per lead channels like APM can work for some property management companies, but in recent years we have been hearing that quality has been going down. If you've only been using APM for owner lead generation and haven't yet tried other channels, we recommend trying alternatives and comparing results to see which channels work best for your company, your market, and your budget.
