    I use QB as my Own Company software.
    I’m contemplating Appfolio or Buildium scaling forward.
    PS: I’ve always kept separate Security Deposit account at the Bank.
    It’s illegal not to.

    Capex are assets. I work as a Buildium Bookkeeper. I set up, clean and maintain Buildium accounts. I charge $20/hr

    Does someone could explain how to set up a chart of accounts for each property on Buildium? Often times is no practical use the same chart of accounts for multiples properties.

    I truly did not find this helpful in anyway. He talks about multiple different softwares which I’m sure most of us have looked into, yet he speaks nothing about integrating them so that can work together. Having “clean” accounting is not advice that is used it’s the absolute standard jeez

    Didn't watch the whole thing but how can you not be able to lock past periods and still call it accounting software. I like buildium but this is disappointing
