I completed the Belbin Test with my work team, my highest percentage was a Plant, but shaper was behind by only 6% ... the rest were evaluated at less than 15% between the lot
Don't worry about it, it's all nonsense anyway. 10 minutes spent brushing up GA4, SOSTAC, Copywriting or SEO, etc, is worth hours of revising this Belbin crap just to pass your exam. Certainly shouldn't be inflicted on real people in the workplace. It's as much practical use as reading entrails.
