nice video mate, I just got my P30 Pro, as I was trying to put my sim card in I accidentally inserted the needle into the hole that is next to sim card slot, do you know what that hole is for? I am just a bit afraid that I might have broken something lol, cheers

Hi, sadly not this is not possible would have been nice and find it a little frustrating that companies don't do this option but will use too much space.

does the "Huawei P30 Pro" take a standard SD card as additional storage?
I believe it uses Huawei's new version of storage.
my Huawei P30 256gb 8gb RAM pro doesn´t work with dual sim, what should I do to active the second Sim card?
Hi, this is strange I know this might be strange but make sure there is two imei numbers on the box as this means it a dual sim model as I know there is a single sim option, also check on your device go to settings and then to network and it should say sim 1 and sim 2 if dual sim model.

I can´t even see the Dual Sim option on Setting.
I´ve downloaded the App AIDA64 and it gave me the phone description as ``Single SIM card Global version´´
I still don´t understand it.
It was order on Vodafone South Africa, I am still concerned because I want to use dual Sim on that.
is there any way to unlock or setup the phone for Second Sim card?

@@RickysTechTalk thank you for the help. I checked the OnePlus on the GSM arena site which also states dual standby but its actually a Dual Active. So was wondering if you would be able to test this or maybe make a video on current dual active mobiles available on the market.

Hi thanks for your comment, please go to settings then network, and in side here it will say either just sim 1 or it will have sim 1 and sim 2 if you see two sims its a dual sim device if not sorry to say it is a single sim device.
which one is better? Huawei P20 Pro or Huawei P30 Pro?
Hi, this is a tough choice and going to ask what is the main reason for this device? photography or gaming or general use, my choice would be the newer model as Huawei will keep it updated for a greater length of time.

Hi, go to settings then to network, then see if two sims are showing and then you can choose which one will be for data and one for calling and texting.
In my device it only shows SIM number 1 although I have inserted both. Does it mean I can only use one?
Hi, a couple of things to look for is on the box should have two IMEI numbers this means dual sim device and in settings should say sim 1 and sim 2 if not you might have a single sim or your network might have blocked dual sim usage.
Mine is not working or even showing my 2nd sim don't know what to do
Hi, sorry to hear not working is it your sim or the nano memory that is not working? to make sure it is a dual sim either look on the box and see two imei numbers or go into settings then network and should say sim 1 and sim 2.

@@RickysTechTalk - Hey thanks for this. I was pulling at my hair wondering why there are 2 SIM but only one SIM is recognized. I spend hours researching why my phone didn't have a "dual SIM management" option in the settings. I took the advice and looked at the box- lo and behold- one IMEI barcode.
Not that having one SIM changes the quality of the phone, just a bit misleading to think I could have used the 2nd SIM for my international card. Anyway, nano memory card is just as good.

Hi, thanks for your comment please go to settings and then to network and check it says sim 1 and sim 2, if there is this option then dual sim should work make sure sim 1 is your main sim so normally most data and preferred number for me second time is business line or a data sim for when I am traveling, I hope this helps, I hope you have a nice weekend.
