half a day to find the sim card slot, all because the wrong video p30 pro had sim card in a diffrent place

I can't find dual sim option on the setting on P30. I inserted two Sims but only the sim on the slot for sim is working. The one on NM card/Sim2 slot is not even shown. Is there some software or hardware problem on my phone or am I doing something wrong?

Guys I'm having the same problem. I went to MTN to ask about it and the guy told me that MTN does not sell dual sim, the other slot is for a memory card. I'm confused because the manual says dual sim. Can someone help me here
I'm in the UK have both sims in both on same network I have 2 sets of signal bars so I know both are connected but I can only receive calls for 1 sim... Really surprised I can find any vids on the functionality of dual sim just vids on how to install sim! Wtf!
