Sucks that the Kearse and Jones catches will forever be foreshadowed by the Seahawks and Falcons cursing themselves moments later
blowing a 25 point lead in the 2nd half is actually insane and it still baffles me.. also, BeastMode man
@@miamimercenary9623 And it's thanks to the Falcons falling that day that I quit watching most football for 3 years, with the Super Bowl the following year being the last game I ever watched for almost 2 years.
@@LiamDeege you still have to root for your team. How you think i felt about the broncos after losing 43-8......
I still chose to root for them and watched whatever game i could when they were on tv in the east coast and a couple of years later one of the greatest super bowls happened (sb 50) and miraculously they won.
@@OldManLuffy I mean I still love my Steelers even if they themselves are cursed now it feels like, but at the time, I was just getting sick of Tom Brady and the Patriots and not to mention I hate them to the back of my head.
Do you watch it now?@@LiamDeege
Antonio Freeman's catch on MNF will always be the craziest catch of all time. Al Michael's response is equally memorable
Al Michaels is the GAOT
Greatest
At
Owning
Telecasts
Well naw that would be odell
@@BigDilf3 show me OBJ making any catch that resembles that MNF catch Antonio Freeman made
@@15blackshirt he has the best/toughest catch ever he don’t have to resemble shit my boy
What this shows is that Brandon Lloyd was an underrated wizard. Man was Odell before Odell
That one hander over the middle is the greatest catch ever
Nah Odell is just an odd version of Lloyd.
The Harrison spike into the pats defender is funny as hell 😂 14:10
lol true
You know who that defender is right? That's Mike Vrabel, lol.
Also Harrison actually got a taunting penalty for that spike.
Deandre Hopkins is criminally underrated. He was the champ at pulling in those contested catches.
Now AJ Brown has the reigns
@brownie3454 those are my 2 favorite players of all time. Dhop was always my favorite and as an ole miss/Eagles fan having aj brown was the best thing ever for me!
Don't care what team you root for, all these catches are applaudable by any football fan
This channel is the modern day NFL Films but on TH-cam. Yall are the best. 🏈
NFL films will always remind me of my childhood. Playing Madden on one tv with NFL network on the other lol.
Adam Thielen on the Vikings was a PROBLEM. Dude was putting up insane numbers.
As a Detroit fan, that helmet bounce against the 49ers will live in my nightmares forever😭
As another Detroit fan I feel you.
It was pass interference on the defense so it wouldn’t have mattered either way. Insane catch
As an Eagles fan, Corn dog will live in ours and Niners nightmares forever
You’d think Brandon Lloyd is a hall of famer watching this
Count the number of times commentators bring up Odell Beckham Jr.
Yet the Bengals got lucky with him catching only 2 passes & losing by 3 points in the Super Bowl. The man was torching them before his injury
13:52 great googly moogly
Couldn't get the words out
1:29 that low catch by 81 is disgusting😮💨
Your TH-cam Channel Is Number #1 NFL Throwback
A truly underrated receiver, it's too bad Brandon Lloyd never reached his full potential. He made so many great catches
I maintain the belief that Edelman's catch at 20:06 is the most absurd and clutch catch in the history of human beings
Randy Moss: “You got MOSSED!!!!”
You got Randyd!
Hadn't expected the number of Deandre Hopkins highlights.
That first CeeDee Lamb catch was unreal
13:50 what a Looney Tunes ass thing to say😹😭
Ass*
foghorn leghorn??? is that you?
"Ahh" what u yelling for nerd
@@man-zm3ljGoing after bro for no reason 😂
You guys never watched Maggie and the Ferocious Beast?
Db on Brandon marshal “what I didn’t do anything” proceeds to put marshal in a freaking headlock
Expecting half of these to be thrown by Matthew Stafford lol
I fully expect to see plenty of Randy Moss
14:15 I got a chuckle out of Marvin Harrison spiking the ball after catching it just for it to bounce off the ground and smack Mike Vrabel in the chin 😂
0:50 his reaction kills me everytime 😭😭
Odell make those one handed catches look ridiculously easy
His gloves help greatly with those catches
The gloves are designed to grip and hold the ball in their hands.
@@playertobenamedlater7613Yes, just like the intended use of all gloves that recievers use.
@@playertobenamedlater7613you must never seen how big his hands are he has done those same catches bare hand
The Tyler Lockett catch in the back of the end zone vs. the Rams is a toe-tap masterpiece!
LMAO 9:51 he pulls the refs arm down like "Nuh uh"
That fog during the Falcons Pats game was awesome
0:01 "GIMME THAT! AND DON'T SAY NOTHING!" -Gus Johnson
This was refreshing to watch. I haven't seen some of these catches in years.
I'm expecting to see my Chargers get bullied 😂
Not even Antonio Cromartie made some of the best defensive plays I’ve ever witnessed. He used to pick off Peyton Manning like clockwork in the playoffs.
don't think we had a single good highlight in this video... Antonio Gates would like a word surely
If Joey Galloway doesn't feature in this compilation, someone should throw a challenge flag on this video!
Mad respect for the amount of time it must’ve taken to find and cut this many clips. Great vid. I’m subscribing. Keep that stuff up. 🔥
That Beasley catch was crazy
Which one?
Which catch are you referring to
Awesome stuff
Last one is peak concussion protocol😂
This list should be called; “in case you didn’t know Brandon Lloyd was HIM!”
So happy to see Heinicke to McLaurin in here
That Pickens kid somehow makes every catch the most spectacular-lookign you've ever seen
As a true Lions Lion ...A true test for that Rickity, Raggedy Wheel ⚡🤔
The pats done been on the opposing side of some miraculous catches lol bradys reaction to that kearse catch was priceless he just knew the seahawks was about to get lucky
Only to curse themselves out of a potential dynasty 2 plays later
@@LiamDeegeinsane lol
@@kevonsidek9737 Yeah, I hated Tom Brady so much as a Steelers fan.
7:59 holy, Paul Richardson almost snap number 32’s neck 💀😭
13:59 Most emotion ever shown by Joe Buck. It's almost trifling to hear
Never heard him scream like that before 😭
4:30 - "wide open" 🤔
the immaculate reception at the end was a chefs kiss for the vid
WHY ISN'T SANTONIO HOLMES ON THIS????
I kept waiting to see it!
It wasn’t that great of a catch. Every catch on this list is significantly harder than that catch
@@rrapich1 The hands part maybe, but the toe tap was definitely deserving.
@@rrapich1👎
And the catch by Sutton against the Bills.... I low key think that is the greatest catch of all time
The announcers makes it more amazing too. Like Ian Eagle and Gus Johnson.
Brandon Lloyd has at least three of these plays every season he’s suited up. With multiple teams at that
The reporter really said oh great googly moogly I can't I've never
Whats crazy and somewhat sad is that Megatron never won a Super Bowl. 😢
13:59 that's the most hype out of Joe Buck I have ever heard!
1st ever NFL touchdown (colorized) 17:30
Gotta love the announcer. Mclaurin wide open...Um do you mean besides the guy draped all over him who probably should have had an interception?? 😂
"Alls i need is this thing on my hand that provides all the stickiness i need to hold onto the textured ball" some announcers just glaze too much...
The fact that the Santonio Holmes catch during Super Bowl 43 is not in this video is just crazy, that will forever be the greatest catch in NFL history.
Julio Jones and Edelmans in 51 both were better, TD be damned
not sure about the order of these! I'd never seen that Julio one for the Titans though, and it made my heart feel full to see that he made at least one ridiculous play post-peak
The original OBJ one is so Iconic, but I think the best one was Pickens the body control and concentration is insane.
That Ceedee Lamb catch should be way higher. That dive backwards was insane
Scary Terrys was similar but harder. but it wasn’t a TD
2:54 dude caught it falling down in a chokehold 😮
I grew up with Howard cosell and John Madden to hear John Madden say that was a good catch or to hear John speechless after a catch of such caliber is saying a whole hell of a lot.
Respect for putting the Immaculate Reception last
I feel like this Brandon Lloyd guy is someone I should've heard of before now.
casual
@@omars-qz6rn I guess so.🤷♂
I know about these other guys like Marvin Harrison (Sr.) and Hopkins who featured in this multiple times, but it just seems like Lloyd was in a lot of these for a guy who doesn't really seem to get brought up that much.
@@nathanstroud2223 to be fair brandon lloyd was a tier 3 receiver, but he has always been known to make acrobatic catches. just imagine a rookie odell. brandon lloyd was odell in the NFL before odell
Stevie Johnson on the Bills had a great catch from Fitzpatrick vs the Seahawks. It's worth a look.
Just a streak on my Lions' secondary being destroyed by amazing catches. Lol
god i love football
Man I love football
1:22 that was nasty
Moss, Calvin, Gronk, they just had their way, always. Nothing you could do about it unless you played dirty.
I haven’t watched it yet but if I see Julio Jones mossing Malcolm Butler ima lose it
🗿
🙏
Sorry brother
Brandon Lloyd probably one of the best if not the best toe tapping, spectacular catching wideout
Slim Reaper is carrying the torch
4:10 Rip Jeff Gladney
15:20 man, bro got disrespected by a running back
i was waiting for that Martavis Bryant catch. Incredible. He could’ve been a lot greater, especially when the Steelers had Prime AB.
I will say this, I am glad Lloyd is on here, but I am equally disappointed that Antonio brown’s helmet catch was not!
Did anyone else notice that Allen threw the football 60 yards in the air @5:45? The catch is impressive enough, but that's a superhuman throw right there.
4:24 "Wide open" - probably a blind commentator
He was if the pass was a bullet and not a lob
20:17 and 20:37 both art
People in this video multiple times: Odell, Cris Carter, DeAndre Hopkins.... Brandon Lloyd? Too underrated to be in here 3 times
I’m old enough to remember trying to recreate a lot of these on Madden lol
Terry McLaurin is a player who can catch any pass.
WIsh Terry got more respect, he's such an underrated WR. Has put up 1,000+ yards the last 4 seasons with bum ass QBs.
Him and Mike Evans are mad underrated
Him and Mike Evans are mad underrated
They laughed when I said he was a Top 10 receiver. Now he gets to show it
The Odell catch is obviously insane, but the greatest catch ive ever seen in my life was the Edelman catch vs the Falcons in the Super Bowl
Bradys face when the refs don't give him the call.he paid for
I was on deployment in the middle east watching the falcons vs pats. That Edelman's catch had me sick to my stomach 🥲😂.
I have more than a dozen of similar catches like this on my highlight film on my channel
Victor Cruz and Pierre Garcon were so underrated
No Santonio Holmes catch in the Super Bowl is wild to me.
Man that thumbnail, I remember watching it live 😅
no courtland sutton catch against the bills last year is truly criminal
"he caught it between his legs, what an incredible play by the tight end" ayoooo
The older ones are more impressive because they aren't using these insane gloves. If you haven't felt them, the tackiness/stickiness of them is genuinely incredible. I don't understand how stickum can be banned but then everyone was fine with gloves that do the exact same thing except they do it arguably much better.
Not to say the newer ones are not impressive. They are too, but it's seriously like having glue on your hands.
Feels like some defensive back catches need recognition as well
great to watch old catches... but no Rice?
15:31 what a hell of a play that was lmao
5:16 They did have it! Oh, man, that was the best catch I have ever seen.
Every team ranked by offensive line all time ranking incoming?!??
Brandon Lloyd 🔥
1:48 like a soccer goalkeeper
11:26 lmao Bryant really kinda had to do that flip if he was gonna keep control of the ball
aye mayo funny bruh
