What you are describing is called "dyspraxia" - common in people with ADHD, which is a physical thing as the motor functions of your brain do not coordinate your limbs properly. So yes, put it in this section.

Health and safety would mean No I cannot pick up a light but bulky box as I use a walking stick but would need both hands to pick up the box. So I cant do that safely, consistently or reliably ✅

If I have poor coordination (being clumsy and dropping things or not noticing and knocking things down ) and find it hard to stick doing the same movement repeatedly bc of my adhd would this go in here? As I can pick stuff without pain it’s mental issues rather than physical. Not sure if I should write I have difficulty in physical part. Many thanks

Are they asking if you can pick from the floor or from a waist height surface like table or worktop?? 😕
