*Hey **#TechSquad**! Here's my Ezobot Evo review, another awesome robot - this one can be programmed with a web browser or smartphone - but also with simple paper and markers! What do you think?*
I'm particularly lucky to find one of these second hand. I found one of these, alongside a Sphero SPRK+ at a local Charity Shop. As a collector of advanced robots like this, this was an opportunity I couldn't resist. So I later on purchased the robot. Upon closer inspection, the markers and playing area were absent, but the robot and charging cable were intact. I gave it a charge, tested it out with the app, and it works brilliantly. Well worth the money spent!
Hey I grew up with Mechano sets,electric trains,slot cars but most of all we made billy carts and swam in the local river all summer,used to get home just on dusk. The phones at the time were crank the handle and get the operator to connect you to who ever you were ringing yep and our phone number was 406, 3 numbers.
These are the cutest bots! Though I wonder if the lights can be set up to be less flashy/bright so they're more accessible to people with light sensitivities? (I saw you can turn the LEDs off, but it'd be nice to dim them as well.)
Great vid! You mentioned that you received the experience pack. Did it come in the box? We just bought 2 Evos (no experience kits) there was a sticker on the front that mentioned a free kit, but they wanted $68 to ship it to Canada. Bonkers.
thank you sir , loved your reviews , ive spent last night watching them , anyway i have a question my son birthday is next week so i am thinking to get him a Robot as a gift , so what you best advice , my son is acting like adults so i dont want to give him ( a toy like robot ) i want to give him something interactive and can develop his intelligent with time pass . Ive seen Cozmo , ive seen MAX meccano , and iam still confused , would really appreciate your advice . would do you recommend for something that does not need the APP running all the time such as the cosmo , its so cute but the App need makes it really toyish , i want something that move around and learn more and develop by interaction ?? what are your advice sir . thank u in advance.

This little robot is incredibly packed with tech. I love my tiny Evo.
I was born in the wrong decade, what a great gadgets, but at least I played with original Atari and the Commodore C64 and stuff, great review man.

I was thinking about using one of these for a game I'm developing. How does it handle bumpy terrain? Can it go up and down slopes?

Nope! You can use the markers on any surface or paper!
You can also go on the Ozobot website and download different templates. There are a lot of resources on there.
