- You want a vehicle that is practical in everyday city use, as well as convenient for weekend camping travels? Well then meet the twin multipurpose Vans ; Toyota NOAH and Toyota VOXY.
These twin MPVs are known for their fuel-efficiency, boxy-design, practicality and affordability.
They look completely identical except minor differences. They have been in production since 2001 and consumers still confuse between Noah and Voxy vans. Voxy is supposed to be a better version of Noah for being sportier and more comfortable due to lower ground clearance. Voxy also has split LED headlights.
Toyota Noah and Voxy are 5-doors, eight seater minivans. They are equipped with two rear sliding doors.

GENERATIONS
First two generations, R60 and R70, of Noah and Voxy were in production between 2001-2014. They come with a 2L petrol engine, CVT transmission, 2,825mm wheelbase, 12.5-14.2 km/L fuel-consumption and 1500-1700kg curb weight. Fuel tank capacity is 60L, excellent for long road trips.
The 3rd generation started in 2014 and has made some major changes. Hybrid models of Noah and Voxy were released. Also, a luxury version called Toyota ESQUIRE was introduced; with its special front-grille and high-end touch interior. They came with 1.8-2.0L engine, CVT-i transmission for petrol models and e-CVT for hybrid models. Fuel consumption stands at around 23.8km/L.

I have two generation 1 voxys I liked the one I bought for my wife so much I bought my own. Hers looks like a factory pimped up wagon with chrome, spoilers alloys mine is a no frills but way better Nick. As they're 8 seaters they have good torque for towing and loads and also engine brake selection for loads downhills the 2 litre is economical if you drive conservatively but under load they can be thirsty. The back seats fully fold down for sleeping and I'm over 6ft.

Both these units are very popular here in Jamaica. I have driven (not owned) one of each before (smooth ride), though they are pretty much the same I prefer the Voxy to the Noah. I have a family road trip coming up soon & will be renting a Voxy. 🇯🇲

I love the interior of the noah and the lightings used on the noah and also in custom making it gives alot of space to play with the design not leaving the engine smooth transition
Also the sporting display on the dashboard making u feel like u are driving a super car i love both cars on the safety belts i like the way they are well fitted on the sides and also the head space on the car cant get enough of the toyota cars they are really amazing
